John R. Hash, 67 of Granville passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
The family is honoring John’s wishes that there will be no service. Cremation rites have been accorded. Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
John was born on December 12, 1951 in Dixon to William and Francis (Jensen) Hash.
John served in the United States Air Force from 1970 to 1976. He was a truck driver until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Hash of Granville; one son, Justin J. (Angela) Hash of Hennepin; three brothers, Robert Hash of Ottawa, Tom Hash of Peru and Larry Hash of Peru; four sisters, Judy (Gaylon) Irvin of Peru, Barbara Hannon of Lincoln, Nancy Melton of Lincoln and Donna (and the late Donald) Delay of Tampa, Florida; three stepsons; Charles (Mary) Taylor of Mark, Michael Taylor of Branson, MO and Frank (Rita) Taylor of Hennepin; eight grandchildren, Jacob Taylor, Kristina (John) Frackwiak, James (Amber) Roebuck, Chayse Roebuck, Dawson Stalker, Dakota Welch, Angel Foshie and Erik (Rebecca) Horton.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Ronald Hash, Donald Hash and William Robert Hash Jr. who died in infancy and one sister, Bonnie Hash.
