Anita D. (Moriarty) Bean, 66, of Cedar Point, died on Monday, September 30, 2013 at Rush Hospital, Chicago. Anita was born on December 10, 1946 in Pottsville, PA to John and Irene (Kochanski) Dusel. She married Ron Bean on January 2011 in Las Vegas. She attended Princeton Schools and operated a beauty shop and a clothing shop in Mark. She was also a manager at Wal-Mart. She was very active in Relay for Life. Anita is survived by her husband, Ron Bean of Cedar Point; three daughters, Debbie Blaine (the late Bart) Rogers of Phoenix , AZ, Sandy Blaine (Butch) Van Keulen of Hennepin, Ronda (Jen) Meiley-Moriarty of Phoenix, AZ; three step children; Wendy (Bean) Santander of San Diego, Connie Bean (Kevin) Leach of Cedar Point, and Bill (Beth Bartman) Bean of Cedar Point; one brother, John (Linda) Dusel of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Joanne (Dan) Yepsen of Tiskilwa and Sue (Nick Langa) Diets of Phoeniz, AZ. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Ronald Moriarty Jr. and one brother Bob Dusel. Contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society. Pallbearers will be Zack and Butch Van Keulen, Derek Liles, Kevin Leach, Bill and Connor Bean.
Service/Memorial Information
Service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. Fr. Paul Meismer will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Granville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. There will be an additional visitation from 9 to 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home in Granville.
