Anna E. Collins

Anna E. Collins, 62 of Varna died on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Lacon. Anna was born on July 14, 1952 in Princeton, to Arthur and Bernadine (Appel) Kuhl. She married Thomas Collins on April 17, 1982 in Henry. She graduated from Henry-Senachawine High School in Henry. She worked at Sundstrand (Sauer- Danfoss) for 30 years and La Rose Post Office. Anna was a member of the American Legion Auxillary in Magnolia and was a trustee for the village of Varna. Surviving is her husband, Thomas Collins of Varna; two sons, Joseph M. (Heather) Collins of Lacon and Robert M. Collins of Varna; one brother, Arthur (Marsha) Kuhl of Toluca; one sister, Rose (Chuck) Downey of Lacon; two grandchildren, Jayden and Analeah and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
