Anthony Michael Cimei

Anthony Michael Cimei, 46, of McNabb passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 with his loving family by his side.

Service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville.  Rev. Dr. Ron McNeill will officiate the service.  Cremation rites have been accorded.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Anthony was born on November 25, 1974 in Spring Valley to Anthony and Diane (Chiavario) Cimei. 

He graduated from Putnam County High School class of 1993.  He was the shift manager at LTV Steel before it closed and had previously worked at BF Goodrich.  He enjoyed fishing, baseball and golfing.

He fought Multiple Sclerosis for 21 years which was a long and hard battle.  His mom Diane was his caretaker.

Survivors include his parents, Tony and Diane Cimei of McNabb; one brother, David (Sarah) Cimei of Peru; niece, Isabella and nephew, Isaac Cimei of Peru and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and Uncle Bob.
