Candy Komadina Obituary

Candy L. Komadina, 60, of Spring Valley died on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Illinois Valley Community Hospital, Peru. Candy was born on March 7, 1953 in Rochelle to Theodore P. and Carol Janette (Ness) Askeland. She did line work and previously worked at Eakas. Surviving are one son, Shelby Komadina of San Diego, California; one daughter, Belinda Komadina of Spring Valley; one brother, Larry (Linda) Askeland of Wynne, Arkansas; two sisters, Melody (David) Fore of Olney and Alice (Alan) Sheets of Granville; two grandchildren, Eli Komadina and Adyen Komadina and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ken. Contributions may be directed to donor's choice.
