Charlene C. Engel

Charlene C. Engel, 60, of Hennepin passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at Henry Rehab Nursing Center, Henry.

The family will have a celebration of her life at a later date.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

She was born on April 27, 1963 in LaSalle to Jerry Curatolo and Pamela (Scott) Michel. 

She was a homemaker and a full time Nana.  She previously worked at Horizon House, in Peru.

Survivors include her mother, Pamela Michel and step-father, William "Bill" Michel; two sons, Jeremy (Kim) Engel and Nathan Thompson; one sister, Nicole Michel; one brother, Robert Michel; one nephew, Brandon Madonna and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, her husband and one son, Tim Thompson.
