Christina "Tina" M. Garzanelli

Christina "Tina" M. Garzanelli, 42 of Granville passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at her residence. Tina was born on November 5, 1970 in Freeport, Ill. to James and Peggy (Melter) Spellman. Christina graduated from Eastland High School in Lanark, IL in 1988. She was a CNA for many years. Tina's greatest love was her son Anthony. The other loves in her life included family, music and animals. She is survived by one son, Anthony of Cherry, IL; six brothers, Peter (Nish) Spellman of Weisbaden, Germany, Tim Spellman, Pat Spellman, and Matt Spellman all of Orlando, FL, Jon (Kathy) Spellman of Dixon, IL, and Mark (Amy) Spellman of Freeport, IL; four sisters, Vicki Spellman of Orlando FL, Bridget Roeder of Louisville, Kentucky, Kathy (Doug Myrick) Spellman of Algona, Iowa and Becky (Jeff) Swalve of Camanche, Iowa; thirteen nieces and nephews and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Tom and one niece, Sara Roeder. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be set up.

Service/Memorial Information

Prayer Service will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. Fr. Patrick DeMeulemeester will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2012 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville.
