Eric J. Ciucci

Eric J. Ciucci, 37, of Hennepin died on Friday, December 12, 2014 in Hennepin. Eric was born on March 3, 1977 in Spring Valley, to John and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Addis) Ciucci. He married Mandy Boggio. He graduated from Putnam County High School and he graduated from Illinois State University (Bone Scholar). He was a financial officer at North Central Bank in Hennepin. Eric was a member of the Hennepin Businessman. He also organized the Putnam County Girls Golf team and coached for six years and was an avid golfer himself. Eric was a devoted husband and father. Survivors include, his wife Mandy of Hennepin; parents, John and Elizabeth "Betsy" Ciucci of Hennepin; mother and father-in-law, Greg and Judy Boggio of Hennepin; daughters, Ali and Gracie Ciucci at home; one brother, Keith (Stephanie) Ciucci of Warrenville; brother-in-law, Frank (Heather) Boggio, of Hennepin; maternal grandmother, Shirley Addis of Henry and two nieces, Hannah and Ava. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather, William Addis. Contributions may be directed to Eric's family. Service/Memorial Information

Service will be at 12 noon on Monday, December 15, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Hennepin. Fr. Patrick DeMeulemeester and Pastor Ray Lail will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Hennepin. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon on December 15, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church Hennepin.
