Georgina "Ruth" Anzlovar

Georgina “Ruth” Anzlovar, 64, of Phoenix Maricopa, AZ (formerly of McNabb) passed away on June 8, 2021 in Phoenix, Maricopa.

Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Friends Meeting House in McNabb.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, McNabb.

Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Ruth was born on March 8, 1957 in Spring Valley to Kirby and Virginia (Sutherland) Hayward.  She married Ronald Michael Anzlovar.  Ronald passed away on July 1, 2021.

Ruth graduated from Putnam County High School class of 1975.  She graduated from Illinois State University.  She was a system analyst for the IRS in Arizona.

Survivors include two brothers, Kirby Hayward of Mendota and Harold Hayward of Hennepin; one sister, Sue Pascoe of McNabb.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
