Jarral Stoddard Obituary

Jarral R. Stoddard, 75, of Granville, passed away on June 25, 2022 at Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, surrounded by his loving family.

There will be no service per his request. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Jarral was born on December 14, 1946 in Columbus, Nebraska. He graduated from Shabbona High School and spent the next two years serving in the United States Army in Artillery. On July 15, 1969 he married Cheryl Strauch in Ottawa, Il.

He enjoyed going to the coffee shop every morning and playing golf.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl of Granville; one daughter, Alicia Stoddard Foley (Alyssa); and one son, JJ Stoddard (Danielle). He was also proud Papa to his 5 grandchildren, Brandon, Kylie, Jakyb, Jaxon, and Jaden.

He was preceded in death by his father Fred, two sisters, Lola and Anna Marie and one brother, Terry
