Jaunae Kimberly Warren was born to Kimberly Hunter and Martin Warren on March 12th, 1989 in LaSalle IL. Jaunae was put to rest at just 35 years young in Las Vegas, NV on May 8th,2024. She leaves behind two children, Rojaunae and Rodgers and eight siblings, Tarice Hunter, Kristian Hunter, Martin Warren, Tempest Warren, Dominique Hunter, Kheyallah Hunter, Xavier Warren, and Lydia Warren. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews who she adored deeply. Her family was everything to her.
Jaunae was anything but ordinary. Living in Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Kentucky in different parts of her life, her love, vibrant smile and jazzy ways were spread evenly throughout, blessing so many people with the chance to say they once knew a girl named Jaunae Warren with a smile that lit up the whole room. Jaunae went to Putnam County High School where she was in the choir and on the track team.
Jaunae loved music, the color red, fashion, singing, sports, dancing, and most of all… her family! She was admired for her beautiful singing voice and dance moves. Us siblings just knew we would be the next Destiny’s Child one day with her on our team. She had the prettiest legs and would run for miles for fun. We all admired her for that as well saying “Now that’s what I need to be doing!”
Unfortunately, One tragic day Jaunae lost circulation to her legs due to medical issues and had to have them amputated. The world stopped that day in 2019. She nearly didn’t make it, but with God and a loving family by her side she pulled through.
Jaunae faced lots of problems and complications from here on out suffering with multiple visits to the hospital. Life got hard and gloomy for her. Our hearts broke for our loved one. Seeing all that she had to go through was not easy for us but there she was taking whatever life had to throw at her. We did everything we could to make her smile, especially my Dad who suffered with her the most during this time in Arizona. His heart broke every time hers did. They were Insync.
Jaunae ended up with two amputated legs but as time went on so did she and life began to seem okay again. She insisted on getting through this and tried to be as independent and normal as possible and she made it look so easy.
Jaunae later passed away May 8th, 2024 from a tragic accident that is still unknown.
She will remain in the hearts of her parents, children, siblings, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Forever in our hearts and for as long as we live her name will live on forever. Our dearest love Jaunae Warren will live on with our loved ones we lost in the sky, happy and free.
