John Ray Miller

John Ray Miller, 56, of Granville passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Peoria.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements

John was born on April 27, 1965 in Mendota to John and Mary Ann (Brumley) Miller.  He married Tracy Travis on December 2, 1985 in Princeton.

He was a machine operator at Mennie’s Machine Company in Granville.  He also worked at Ultra Foam in Dover, IL.   John loved fishing, camping, 4-wheeling and being with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Ann Ewalt of Princeton and his father, John Miller of Spring Valley; his wife Tracy Miller of Granville; two daughters, Susan (Todd Monroe) Miller of LaMoille and Feliscia (Kale Green) Miller of Ohio, IL; one sister, Shirley Miller of Princeton; 10 grandchildren, Mason Monroe, Keller Hult, Makeyla Hult, Lilley Monroe, Phynix Green, Xander Green, Christopher Anderson, Devan Green, Elizabeth Green and Common Green.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Monte Myron Ewalt and James Peck.
