Katherine "Kathie" Renee Andrews

Katherine “Kathie” R. Andrews, 61, of Granville passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Fish-N-Fun pavilion on August 9th starting at 2 p.m. located at 3713 E Fish-N-Fun Rd McNabb, IL. 61335.

Cremation rites have been accorded.  Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Kathie was born on January 26, 1964 in Glendale, CA to Ralph and Paula (Griffin) Evans. 

She was a certified medical technician and a Phlebotomist and worked for a travel lab.

Survivors include her mother Paula Evans of Granville; one son, Michael Andrews; one daughter, Elise Schmidt; one brother, Kenny (Maggie) Evans; one sister, Amy (Chad) Lamberson; two grandchildren, Raelyn Schmidt and Riley Maverick; best friend, Lynette Wignall; nephew, Spenser Evans and nieces, Kadence Lamberson, Addison Lamberson, and Paige Evans.

She was preceded in death by her father, grandfather, grandmother, her aunt, Sandy and cousin, Lori.
