Keith Michael Skutt

Keith Michael Skutt, 55, of Woodridge, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Edward Hospital, Naperville.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Rev. Dr. Ron McNeill will officiate.  Burial will be in Peru City Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family is requesting that everyone wear a mask.  A mask will be provided if you don’t have one.

Keith was born on August 8, 1966 in Peru to Richard and Jean (Ganze) Skutt.  He graduated from Putnam County High School.  He received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Bradley University.

He was an informatics consultant at Agilent Technology.

Keith enjoyed photography and Sci-Fi movies.

Survivors include his mother, Jean Skutt of Granville; his girl friend of many years, Kathryn “Katie” Gaul of La Grange; two brothers, Darin Skutt of Granville and Eric Skutt of Spring Valley: numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard; his maternal grandparents, Teresa and Michael Ganze and paternal grandparents, Elsie and Matt Skutt..
