Michael A. Haberzetle, 57, of Forrest (formerly of Morris) passed away on January 8, 2022 at his residence.
A celebration of life will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022 at the Event Center located at 802 Liberty St. Morris, IL 60450. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
He was born on January 18, 1964 in Chicago to Marlene (Liberty) Haberzetle. He married Sandra (Kaczmarek) Haberzetle on April 7, 1983 in Chicago.
He was a self-employed painter. When he retired from painting he enjoyed woodworking and music along with spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Haberzetle of Forrest; four children, Michael (Kiley) Haberzetle Jr., Kevin (Laura) Haberzetle, Marie (Justin) Porter and Timothy (Kelsey) Haberzetle; 10 grandchildren, Ace, Colton, Clare, Cormic, Zoey, Ellie, Jensen, Nolan, Hayes, Jaxon and expecting two more grandbabies on the way.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marlene Haberzetle.
