Nina Louise Guilfoyle

Nina Louise Guilfoyle, 84, formally of LaSalle died on Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Manor Court, Peru. Nina was born on October 15, 1929 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois to Thomas and Edna (Dunlap) Darnell. She worked on the fuse line at Westclox in Peru. She was a member of the Elks in LaSalle and Westclox Retirees. Survivors are two daughters, Sheila (Paul) Hawks of Chesterton, Indiana and Brenda (Bill) Bickerman of McNabb; one son, Roger (Christine) Holloway of Sandwich; three brothers, Robert Darnell of Ocala, Florida, Larry Trowbridge of Annapolis, Missouri and Jimmy Ray Trowbridge of Washington Park, Illinois; two sisters, Imogene Smith of Wayne City, Illinois and Kathryn Chandler of Robards, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Loman Holloway and two other husbands; one son, Rodney; one sister, Doris Clary; four brothers, Thomas Darnell, Walter "Sonny" Trowbridge, Donald "Bud" Trowbridge and Gary Trowbridge. Contributions may be directed to American Heart Association. Pallbearers will be Michael Holloway, Justin Holloway, Brian Bickerman, Jordan Holloway, Todd Bickerman, Michael Lynch, Peter Kujawski, Ron Raper and Scott Currie.

Service/Memorial Information

Service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. Pastor Carol Stufflebeam will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Magnolia. Visitation will be from, 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel. There will be an additional visitation on Monday, prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at Dysart - Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville.
