Shane D. Selquist

Shane D. Selquist, 51, of Granville passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

There will be no service.  Cremation rites have been accorded. 

Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Shane was born on August 9, 1969 in Mendota to Don and Susan M. (Martin) Selquist.

He graduated from Mendota High School.  Shane loved Nascar Racing.

Survivors include his father, Don Selquist of Granville; two daughters, Shiann (Stephen Davis) Selquist of Morganton, North Carolina and Krystal (Chris) Whisenant of Lenoir, North Carolina; one brother Tim (Lori) Selquist of Triumph, Illinois; three grandchildren, Landon and Aria Whisenant and Lexi Davis.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Selquist in 2013.
