Steven "Stevo" Morris Obituary

Steven “Stevo” Thomas Morris, 60, of Granville (formerly of Hennepin) passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at his residence.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Riverside Cemetery, Hennepin with full military honors.  Rev. Karen Karczewski will officiate.  Cremation rites have been accorded

Dysart – Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Steve was born on September 6, 1961 in Spring Valley to David and Mary Alice (Paxson) Morris.

He graduated from Putnam County High School and served in the United States Army.  He was a machine operator at T-Group.  Steven was a collector of M & M memorabilia and enjoyed watching movies and woodworking. Stevo loved animals and had a smile for everyone he met.

Survivors include five brothers, David (Sherry) Morris of Granville, Brian Morris of Granville, Mike Morris of Hennepin, Pat Morris of Hennepin and Kevin (Richelle) of Macomb, Michigan; one aunt, Barb Paxson of Hennepin and one uncle, Philip Morris of Amboy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Tim Morris in 1973 and the love of his life, Heidi Jeffery.
